RACO has completed the $3,000,000 conversion of a 78,000 s.f. warehouse to 68,000 s.f. office lofts with open courtyards and high tech design.

The Lumber Yard is now 50% leased and is home to engineering firms, photography studios and marketing firms. The tenant finish was done by RACO's interior design division.

Our second project, The Glassworks, is currently in the design phase.
